That is it... Document is an actual notice of sale and was misrecorded / misindexed by the recorders office as a Trustee's deed. Any potential issues with this if you are the winning bidder at the sale?
-------------------

: if the document is the correct doc but was misfiled that is not his issue ...

: from all the verbiage in the postings, i am confused as to what is on the document BUT if it was merely mis-indexed by the recorder then i personally would bid on the sale

: : My guess is that Dan is asking the following.

: : He knows the doc has been mis-filed. Given this fact, he's wanting to know if the resulting sale at auction would be legal given that the notice of sale was not properly filed. Are there other interested parties who could argue they were not noticed correctly and take action accordingly.

: :
: : I do not know the answer.
