This property was eliminated by me at the first place when I did title search. Owing bank around $600k, current market value about $400k. But opening bid started from $230k, and one guy got it by adding 1 penny. : I just want to know how do you guys go around to prepare for this kind of situation? or who can tell me how this bidder does it?
