: Hi Ward & others,

: This happened again last week and I didn't bid on it even I know it is a good deal. This property was eliminated by me at the first place when I did title search. Owing bank around $600k, current market value about $400k. But opening bid started from $230k, and one guy got it by adding 1 penny.

: I just want to know how do you guys go around to prepare for this kind of situation? or who can tell me how this bidder does it? (of course he will not tell me how) Since it is too risky to buy it without doing research even there are third party data.

: There are too many TS notices and it is impossible to do all title research on them, how can I predict this and when it happends, I can jump it in right away???

: Andy
