hi ward,

this is an owner occupied sfr, so he did know about the foreclosure.

but am i still getting from you, that nowhere in the foreclosure process, is he asked to vacate ?

or told he must vacate by a certain time ?

it is not in the best of areas, so it is important that we get it secured, asap.

the trustee deed should be recorded in a few days.

i agree with you that it is best to wait.

but i feel a bit antsy, waiting a few days - to get locks etc.
