hi ward,

i have a trustee sale tomorrow, as the lender.

i have found out that the homeowner was told he needed to vacate, so has been moving for the past 2 weeks.

i am curious as to who informed him of this.

i wasnt sure if this was part of the normal foreclosure process, or not.

i am new to actually taking over properties.

does the homeowner typically vacate before the trustee sale ?

the only thing i do know is that a bank held a second on the property.
