Posted by hard money lender on April 09, 2008 at 10:51 PM In Reply to: Post sale possession routine... posted by Ward-CA- on April 09, 2008 at 10:37 PM hi ward, i have a trustee sale tomorrow, as the lender. i have found out that the homeowner was told he needed to vacate, so has been moving for the past 2 weeks. i am curious as to who informed him of this. i wasnt sure if this was part of the normal foreclosure process, or not. i am new to actually taking over properties. does the homeowner typically vacate before the trustee sale ? the only thing i do know is that a bank held a second on the property.
