Bill,

If the house is vacant, and you hold the recorded title, then just call a locksmith to the property and change the locks.

: We bought our foreclosure on 3/31 and signed all the papers at the title company. Our real estate agent said we should have the keys the next day. It is now 4/9 and still no keys. They keep saying the Bank is backed up. Anyone else have this experience?
