So after recording his trustee's deed, he can serve a 3 Day Notice to Vacate (due to foreclosure) on the ex-owner in residence. If the ex-owner doesn't comply, the winning bidder could then proceed with an Unlawful Detainer action and evict the ex-owner. ------Ward ============ : in a foreclosure process, how does this work ? : if a person is having his home foreclosed, who would tell him that he needs to vacate the property, and when ?
