He is a huge producer and he says this is his third go around in the REO front. He said he is currently going through the process to be a FHA REO seller. I didn't ask what that entails however he is a smart man who has been around a while and I found it interesting that he is of the belief that most of the current crop of FHA buyers will be the next round of REO inventory in couple/few years.
