Ican't get the trustee to accept the cure of default for the full amount+ increased interest,+ late penalty,+ fees, because she said I hadn't proven to her current 1st, even though I had copy of new restructured loan docs. We still have $178,000.00 in equity, and maybe thats what they want. Isn't there some some way to stop this preditor short of paying the total loan or BK?
