Posted by Tim Woods on April 04, 2008 at 11:15 AM Hi Ward & Others, At trustee sale, I often heard "special bid at $$$", and it looks like the opening bid is less than what borrowers owe to the bank. So I guess "special bid" means discount?? correct??
