Hi Alan,
I heard it from a couple of sources and confirmed it with Countrywide on 2 separate occasions. They will not even do short sales if they are the second lien holder. The ONLY short sales CW will do will be on Primary Residences...Who knows what they are planning to do with the excess inventory possibly dumping into an REO or maybe they have something else up their sleeve
