Hello CC,

Is CC short for Cathy or perhaps Catherine?

Thanks for the feedback and the additional information.

If a title holding trust is used to buy a property subject to, with both the seller and the buyer agreeing to the arrangement, then it is reasonable to assume that they are also in agreement as to the amount of time allowed before the property will be refinanced.

The question indicated that his friend was both selling snd providing some or all of the financing:

"My friend is willing to hold notes until I can refi each to pull out cash to buy other properties."

Thanks again for all the great research, Denis
