This is where the services of a good real estate attorney, in conjunction with a seasoned title company staff, can make the difference.

Typically, the solution to a domino (Or is it Dominoe?, as Dan Quayle would ask) title problem in a subdivision, with lot lines and entitlements issues, is resolved by quieting title through a friendly legal action. It may be a rare problem, but not unique, and certainly fixable.
