WESTMINSTER INVESTMENTS case closed posted by Skimmer on March 27, 2008 at 11:49 AM According to an email I got from the California Association of Realtors, the CA Supreme Court refused to review the case, thus, the appellate court’s decision to declare the bond requirement illegal stands and becomes controlling authority.
