how could you *know* that it was a good deal without a title search???

Hi,

: Recently I noticed that many trustee lower their opening bids right at auction site in order to sell it to 3rd party. They were not good deals, but they are once the opening bids are reduced. Since there are so many properties need to be researched, I ignored these properties before the auction, didn't do title research, no drove by the poroperty to take a photos. Because of this, I felt it is too risk to bid on it, even I knew it is a good deal.

: How do you guys go around this???

: Thnk you,
: Andy
