Every Insurance agency stated that they will inspect the home and verify that it is occupied. Is there a way to circumvent this situation especially since there : : We tell our agent we need a binder for the property and proceed to give him the address, number of bedrooms/baths and the square footage, etc. : Then, later in the day, or no later than the next day we will pay an estimated premium for the insurance coverage. : I’ve never had to prove I own the property. So I don’t need to show my Trustee’s deed nor any auctioneer’s recipt. : ------Ward :
