I am trying to re-finance the current loan on the property. Bankers I am dealing with don't seem to understand I already own the property. They have come up with ridiculous conditions like wanting the guy I foreclosed on to "sell me the property" or having him be a co-signer on the new loan. Has anyone dealt with any bankers/underwriters who routinely re-finance repossessed properties in Orange County, CA? Thank you!
