We tell our agent we need a binder for the property and proceed to give him the address, number of bedrooms/baths and the square footage, etc. Then, later in the day, or no later than the next day we will pay an estimated premium for the insurance coverage. I’ve never had to prove I own the property. So I don’t need to show my Trustee’s deed nor any auctioneer’s recipt. ------Ward
