Just wondering after you win the trustee auction. How soon do you get insurance for that home? Which companies do you use? Are these companies accustomed to making policies after a trustee sale? Do you need the trustee sale deed? After hearing about all these reported arsons during the foreclosure process, I've been getting a bit paranoid (I think that part of the business lol).
