Re: Anyone on the board dealt with Saxon? In Reply to: Anyone on the board dealt with Saxon? posted by JROB on March 21, 2008 at 8:54 AM I did a short sale with Saxon last year and had no problems. They had a $38K 2nd and released their lien for only $1K. Countrywide had the 1st. Saxon tried to get my client (seller) to sign a promissory note AFTER the deal closed. Of course, that was going nowhere. My contact @ Saxon was Jefferson Davis. He was FANTASTIC and got the job done. Here is his contact info: Let me know how it goes. All the best, Troy : I currently have a short sale package submitted to Saxon Mortagage since Janurary with 4 offers and can't get the loss mitigaiton department to review the package. I keep getting stuck in customer service, does anyone have a contact at Saxon? I've tried numeorus times to speak with a manager and keep getting hung up on! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! : JROB
