: Hey Ward,

: I just refinanced my home to 15years, I just received a letter from the county recorder
Substitution of Trustee and Full Reconveyance
Whereas, (My Name) was the original Trustor, under that certain Deed of Trust dated 12/22/1995
and recorded 1/2/1996 as Instrument.... in the State on Nevada.
Whereas the undersigned, Country wide Loans as the Present Beneficiary, under said Deed of Trust
hereby substitutes a new Trustee, CTC Services under said Deed of Trust, and CTC Services as Trustee
under said Deed of Trust does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto,
the estate now held by Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
New Trustee: Current Beneficiary
CTC Real EState Services Countrywide Loans

Does it mean I have a new Lender, I was sent to Foreclosure, I have not missed a payment,
or according to a Loan officer, I was talking to, she
said my credit report showed I had paid off my home loan.

Can you explain?

: Thank You
