We moved from the house when foreclosure was eminent. That was 4 years ago. Found out just a couple of months ago, house did not sale at sheriff sale, lender then went back to court and asked the judge to vacate the foreclosure order and house has been sitting ever since and we are the owner of record after checking at the recorder's office.
