I live in California and don't know a thing about Ohio law, but I find your question confusing. In the second sentence you say you just found out that you own the property. In you last sentence you ask who owns it.

Its hard to give advice without knowing what the current situation is, and without knowing what action you have already taken to clarify the state of the title.
