Re: Code Violations as a Lead Generation Source

In my county code violations may lead to a red tag. Some red tags are recorded against the properties. It seems that it is the more serious violations that get recorded.

So, you could go to the recorder's office and search for document type 'code violation' (or just search for keyword 'violation').
