Mobile Home Purchase

Hey All,

Looking for some mobile/manufactured home experts here. There are some upcoming opportunities at California Trustee Sales to purchase mobile homes.

In the case that these are personal property purchases, rather than real property, what rights would the park have in demanding the mobile home be removed? I would like to purchase, improve, and sell. Do I need to live in the unit while it is on the market?
