Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Death of a grantor in a living trust

January 27, 2019 09:27PM
Hi Ward and everyone

This is not a foreclosure question. Thanks for allowing me to post a question on living trust.

My parents placed their personal residence into their living trust, with them being the trustees. With the passing of my father, what document do I need to file with the trust ? Can I find the form on the website here ? I've the certificate of death.

Can you recommend any trust attorney in the OC area ? Thanks very much for any information.
