Re: $250000 Judgement, Possible Rental?

Correct me if I'm wrong guys isn't the judgment debtor protected via (homestead) if the judgment creditor was to make an attempt to enforce there judgment and at the same time it would have to go through the judicial system to obtain approval to enforce the sale. At the same time the owner's can file for bankruptcy Ch 13 to payback arrears over a 3 to 5 year term and at the same time extinguish the judicial lien (250,000) using the exemptions that are provided by the bankruptcy code.
