I was referred by a friend to post a few questions and greatly appreciate your help.

1. I've a SFR in OC area that I want to rent. I check out the rental price via rentometer and wonder if there is another site that provides comparable rental price info for the OC area.

2. Where can I find a comprehensive rental agreement form ?

3. Lastly, I plan to have the property managed but havent heard of a reliable management company that I can use. Can you recommend some good property management firms ?
