If the solar company has "given in", why not have them send this to the escrow/title and have it removed from title.

Or, if you are making a decent profit on it .....offer them $$$ to remove the lien.

Probably al they want is their $$$ anyhow, or at least a part of it.

Thnik outside the box...surely you can come up with some resolution.

Yes, the law of fixtures applies...only problem is who judges "Attached and Non-Removable" without harming the structure.
