Was second lien holder, Now Title holder

We foreclosed on a CA property from second position and now are the owner via foreclosure.

What is the requirement for notice upon recordation of a NOD by the senior (now only lien holder)?


Does it fall under the 10 day certified mail requirement or the 30 day junior lien or successor interest part of CIV. CODE ยง2924b?
