Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Removing a Lis Pendens

March 24, 2015 10:18AM
Hello All,

Thanks in advance for any advice forthcoming. This forum has been informative and beneficial on past questions for me.

I see alot of Lis Pendens filed just prior to Trustee Sales and the sales still move forward. These are generally naming the lender and the trustee and allege deceptive, unfair, immoral, etc. practices. I'm certain that the great majority are just ploys to postpone and/or cancel the sale.

Has anybody purchased this scenario at auction? How difficult is it to get the Lis Pendens resolved?
