Thanks for the info. I did also retrieve that recently from my Attorney since I did continue to have my struggles with the lender grasping the concept that I legally owned the property. Once armed with the info, I spoke to somebody in legal at the bank and received the payoff.

And, my amortization calculations were within 2% of the actual loan balance on the first so this deal will work out to be quite lucrative. While I appreciate Scott's words of caution, I don't exactly consider myself a Sophmore investor. I'm 160 buys in on non-judicial (Hawaii) and Trustee (California) sales. Sometimes I'm willing to take calculated gambles and I'm grateful the competition shys away......
