Notice sent?

If in CA (how many times must we ask?) you need to send Notice of Balloon Payment (no less than 90 days and no more than 150 days before due).

Either let your foreclosure company handle this or sell the note and let the note buyer handle it.

No, the note is not worth $50,000, any more than you'd prefer to buy a car with a bad engine and frame damage for same as a perfect new.one.

If someone has to wait, pony up costs and foreclose, the note is damaged goods, however there may be some value remaining.
