I have a friend/someone me and my wife know who has not paid their mortgage in about 14 months and they don't want to keep the house. All I know is it just went on the auction block and did not sell. Looking for some advice as to whether or not I could possibly get this house for a good deal and what info I need to find out and steps to take.
